Borage is a host plant for the Painted Lady Butterfly! It also has edible flowers that taste faintly like cucumber. Bumblebees absolutely ADORE these true blue blooms. Borage does self seed but we do not mind giving the pollinators more to feed on. Dramatically increases pollination for squashes.
