Butterfly Kits and Caterpillar Cups are shipped via USPS Overnight, Priority, or Ground and usually take 2-4 business days to arrive.

​​​Orders with live material: Please be sure your temperatures are between 45-85F for Guaranteed Live Arrival and the safety of your butterflies.

Orders with live butterflies or caterpillars are shipped from Monday through Wednesday depending on travel time from our Butterfly Lab here in Illinois. We will notify you when your order is shipped.

​​​We do not ship to PO boxes. Please be sure someone is available to receive your package when it arrives. We are not responsible for packages left on your doorstep in undesirable weather conditions.

Shipping costs depend on your postal code and your preference for Overnight Shipping, Priority, or Ground shipping. Some items may only allow for Overnight and Priority shipping options as they may need to arrive before the weekend wait.
