A premium leafy green ideal for fast, fresh salads. This variety forms compact, low-growing rosettes with smooth, spoon-shaped leaves and thrives in cool-season conditions. ‘Vit’, a French type of corn salad, is well suited for harvests in early spring and fall. It grows vigorously, shows good resistance to mildew, and produces long, glossy green leaves with a tender texture and a mild, nutty flavor with subtle mint notes. Commonly enjoyed in winter salads, it can also be prepared similarly to spinach.
