Mustard - Red (JulieAnn Gardens)
Red Giant mustard is a fast-growing, cool-season green ready in about 40–50 days (or as baby greens in as little as 21 days). The large, burgundy leaves have a mild mustard heat when young that becomes more pronounced as they mature. It’s excellent in salads, added to sandwiches, tossed into stir-fries, or simmered in soups. This variety handles cold well and actually improves in flavor after a light frost, making it a standout choice for spring and fall planting.
