A perennial landscape plant hybrid of N. racemosa x N. nepetella. It has an upright, arching habit of 18-24" tall unstaked and 18-36" wide. Unlike traditional Catnip or Kit Kat Catmint, this variety is not as attractive to cats and also resists deer and attracts pollinators. It thrives in full sun and tolerates drought even in rocky soil. Walker's Low Catmint is commonly used in borders, as groundcover, in large mixed containers, or along the tops of stone walls. Its blue flowers bloom from April-September, making a wonderful addition to any cut flower garden.
