Known for their incredible fragrance and flavor when roasted, Ajvarski peppers are thick-fleshed and traditionally prepared by roasting, peeling, and grinding into a relish called ajvar. This spread is commonly eaten on bread, often paired with sirenje, a local cheese similar to feta. Summer growing season; approximately 80 days to maturity. Container friendly.
