Canary Swiss chard is a visually appealing variety known for its bright yellow stalks and veins that contrast beautifully with its dark green leaves. This yellow form is in the "super tender" swiss chard group compared to the more fibrous varieties such as Fordhook. Other tender varieties include Red and Flamingo colored swiss chard.
